It was a pleasure working with Sami in purchasing our home in Harrisburg NC. In fact, this is not the first time we worked with him, Sami helped us purchase an investment property 4 years ago. Sami is a great individual, prompt, professional and very helpful. He was extremely patient with us as my wife and I are picky shoppers. He spent multiple weekends showing us home, answering our late texts and phone calls. In cases, he used face time to show us certain properties as they come into the market when we could not make it to Charlotte. His ethics is second to none and I felt comfortable him representing us during the negotiation process. He made sure to explain items that were vague in the contract and provided the reasoning behind them. I will definitely ask him to represent us in the future for home purchases, sales or real estate consultation.
